Position: Indirect Channel Manager
Principal Accountabilities:
■Achieve Gross Installation and Sales Revenue Targets.
■Ensure and monitor product availability.
■Manage relationships with Partners.
■Supervise and monitor Partners’ activities in assigned territories.
■Ensure Trade Compliance.
■Conduct regular business visits to Partner Outlets.
■Monitor Price Compliance, Cash & Credit transactions.
■Handle and Resolve Partners queries.
■Monitor and report competitive intelligence in Partner territories.
■Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction to dealers/ Partners areas.
■Recruit, train and terminate dealers & Partners as appropriate.
Qualification / Experience:
■First Degree in Social Science (MBA will be an added advantage)
■Five (5) Years Field Sales Experience.
■Good interactive skills.
■Ability to manage stress and flair for travelling.
■Computer Literacy.
