Contractor shall perform all engineering design and drafting work inherent in the completion of pre-FEED to meet project objectives. Contractor will deliver pre-FEED package to client to progress to FEED. On project management kickoff initial task
will be to prepare resource loaded schedule complete with logic, MDR, DRAM and org chart. Client will review and approve deliverables and performance monitoring and assessment tool before mobilization of technical team.
Process Lead Role:
•Develop PFDs and UFDs
•Supervise/verify all Hysys and Pipephase simulations
•Develop process Design Basis
•Perform Thermal Supply Study
•Perform Preliminary Flare Study
•Material Selection Study
•Prepare Pipeline Hydraulic Report
•Compressor Design
•Air Cooler and Heat Exchanger Design
•Coordinate all process team activities
