We are looking for senior professionals with documented results from complex organisations and multi-cultural environments.


Procurement Business Support provides procurement services within information and communication technology (ICT), facility management, consultancy and intellectual services to Statoil’s 34 locations worldwide.

Within ICT we have an opening for one or more candidates who have a strong background within supply chain management or other relevant disciplines. Emphasis will be placed on business understanding and experience from international negotiations and/or project management. Our work areas include IT sourcing projects, software licenses, IT infrastructure, and telecommunications (both offshore and onshore).

Job description

■Statoil is a significant player internationally within ICT procurement and we conduct some of the most considerable procurement initiatives in Norway. As a part of the ICT procurement team, you will be responsible for handling large enquiries on behalf of different business units in Norway and abroad and ensuring that the outcome is aligned with our global strategies. You will head the contract negotiations and cater for state of the art contracts management for your contracts portfolio. You will challenge the way we work and contribute to simplification to make Statoil a benchmark in procurement, which is one of our ambitious goals

Job location ■Norway, Stavanger

Qualifications

■5-10 years of experience within supply chain management or other relevant area

■Education level: master or bachelor degree preferably within administration/management, IT or law
