Urban Shelter Limited (USL) is a fully integrated property development and management company registered to undertake the procurement and development of land within and outside Nigeria f or commercial and residential usage.
We are seeking applications to recruit suitable candidates to be responsible for sales of our products outside Nigeria for the positions below:
Position: Senior Manager ( Marketing and Sales – SMMS Diaspora Clients)
Specific objectives are relating to reaching Nigerians in Diaspora; branding Urban Shelter Limited as a company and creating awareness of the company’s properties
Requirements and Responsibilities:
■Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for sale of Urban Shelter Limited properties internationally.
■Accomplish sales of our properties internationally
■Ensure efficient maintenance of comprehensive information on all clients.
Qualification and Education:
■Applicants must possess Masters degree from a reputable institution -MBA or specialization in Marketing
■8 – 10 years of relevant/requisite experience in real estate industry would be an advantage.
■Evidence of solid track record in increased sales, goal orientation, outstanding delivery and customer care service
■Leadership, communication, teamwork, innovative, people management skills are necessary
Position: Senior Officer (Marketing and Sales – SOMS Diaspora Clients)
Specific objectives are relating to reaching Nigerians in Diaspora; branding Urban Shelter. Limited as a company and creating awareness of the company’s properties
Requirements and Responsibilities:
■Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for sale of Urban Shelter Limited properties internationally.
■Accomplish sales of our properties internationally
■Ensure efficient maintenance of comprehensive information on all clients.
Qualification and Education:
■Applicants must possess a Masters degree from a reputable institution -MBA or specialization in Marketing
■5 – 7 years of relevant/requisite experience in real estate industry would be an advantage.
■Evidence of solid track record in increased sales, goal orientation, outstanding delivery and customer care service
■Leadership, communication, teamwork, innovative, people management skills are necessary
