Person Specification
* Good first degree/HND in Business Admin or any social science course
* MBA and/or relevant professional qualification(s)
* Must possess 8-10years uninterrupted quality work experience, out of which at least 3-5years must be at senior management level in back office functions of a mortgage/commercial bank
* Strong operational strategy, attention to details and good organizational & administrative skills
* Must have a sound knowledge of banking regulations
* Possess strong interpersonal and people management skills as well as leadership competence and a motivator.
