Position: Students Industrial Relations (S.I.R)

The Director S.I.R is directly responsible for marketing of the academy, coordination of internships and scholarship programs, and the management of the Academy’s alumni relations. He/she will represent the Academy’s programs and learning philosophy outside the campus to key stakeholders and potential sponsors of the Academy.
Summary of Duties
■All pre-opening marketing activities of the Academy
■Marketing of the Academy after opening
■Management of student life – coaching, extracurricular activities and non-academic issues
■Development and co-ordination of an alumni centre
■Development and management of industry contacts
Qualification and Experience
■Graduate of Business/Marketing/Hospitality.
■Excellent user of MS Office, Presentation/Graphic tools coupled with strong presentation skills.
■Minimum 10 years experience in marketing and minimum 3 years of management experience
■International experience preferred. Hospitality experience advantageous
■Strong project management, administration and people management skills
■A committed leader with a strong ‘no-excuses’ results-orientation.
■Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Position: Senior Faculty-Kitchen (Ref Code: SFK/IDOVA/FC/0012)
The Senior Faculty – Kitchen is directly responsible for the kitchen vocational programs all operations related to the food production process at the Academy as well as all the practical outlets. He/she will directly supervise kitchen professors and instructors guarantee course content relevance and its application in the operations of the Academy
Summary of Duties
■Co-ordination of the kitchen program’s quality and content
■Maintenance of relevant kitchen infrastructure
■Resource planning, acquisition and control
■Co-ordination with senior faculty members for learning efficiency optimization
■Production for external events organized at the Academy according to the Highest International Standards
■Building and maintenance of relationships with industry key stakeholders in the catering and kitchen area to ensure relevance and visibility of the Academy
Qualification and Experience
■A diploma or other professional qualification in Cookery
■A minimum of 10 years experience in the hospitality industry with globally recognized brands
■A minimum of 3 years kitchen management experience or 3 years kitchen training experience in a reputable academy
■Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong presentations skills.
