Front Office/Admin Officer, Sales Assistants at Growing Organization (FMCG )

A Young and Growing Organization in the FMCG, Personal and Home care products, personal protective equipment (PPE) marketing and distribution business representing international and multinational companies and brand in Nigeria/West African sub region with head office in Lagos and presence in the 6 geo-political regions, requires to fill the positions below:

Position: Front Office/Admin Officer

Job Objective:

To provide excellent customer service that will delight the internal customers and carry out all support/ administrative activities that will facilitate the smooth running of an office.

Requirements

* First Degree/HND from a reputable institution

* Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience

* Age between 25-30 years.

Key Competencies

* Very good communication skills (Written and Verbal)

* Pro-active and pragmatic but well-structured

* Must be Customer Service oriented

* Must have good time management skills

* Must possess good analytical skills

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Committed to hard work and continual learning

* Working knowledge of Microsoft office

Position: Sales Assistants

Job Objective:

To provide a strong back up for the Sales Executives

Requirements

* WAEC/OND 5-8 years experience in driving

* Good knowledge of Lagos routes.

Key Competencies

* In depth experience in the sale of FMCG, PPE and corporate unfforms

* Able to build long term relationships with internal /external customers

* Strong consultative sales skills

* Proven track record as a high achiever

* Able to work under pressure and to overcome resistance to achieve results

* Excellent presentation and communication skills

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Should be target driven
