Human Resource Coordinator, Finance and Administrative Officer at International NGO

Save the Children (UK) has been working in Nigeria since 2001. Save the Children is working in several states: Zamfara, Yobe, Jigawa, Katsina, Kano, Bauchi, Kaduna and others – focusing on child survival, nutrition, education and protecting children. As the world’s leading independent children’s charity, Save the Children inspires dramatic change for children around the globe. And Nigeria is one of five priority countries for the Alliance popular campaign in child survival. We are looking for experienced staff to support the implementation of the organization’s programme across the country.

Position: Human Resource Coordinator

Location: Katsina:

The candidate will provide administrative support and assistance for the development and management of Human Resource functions, the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for the security of staff and for the promotion of the Child Safeguarding Policy in Katsina Office. S/he should be a graduate of Administration or Social Sciences; possess excellent communication, inter-personal skills and IT expertise. It desired that s/he should possess at least 2 years previous professional experience in Human Resource.

Position: Finance and Administrative Officer

Location: Katsina:

The will be responsible for implementing and coordinating all financial, logical and administrative support functions for the Katsina project office. S/he should be a graduate of Finance or Accounts or Business Administration; with experience in working with partners accountable for grants and other financial support provided to implement project activities, particularly at community level. S/he must possess excellent communication abilities in Hausa and English Languages, listening skills and IT expertise. Good training and facilitation skills, ability to multi-task, engage in long term planning, meet deadlines, handle last-minute demands, patience, and adaptation to changing circumstances are highly desirable.
