Position: Assistant Subsea Officer
Qualification:
■Must be a Nigerian with at least five years experience in either a derrickman of rig mechanic position in an ultra-deep drillship or other floating drilling rig operations with seven years of experience.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
■Conduct inspection, maintenance and repair rounds on all subsea related equipment and also maintain the housekeeping on board the drillship to the highest standard
Position: Deck Pusher
Qualification:
■Must be a Nigerian with a minimum of six years experience as offshore Crane operator and supervisory skills to manage crane operators and roustabouts on the rig with basic certificates
Basic Job Responsibilities
■Supervises all crane operators and deck Operations roustabouts on the rig who are engaged in picking up or laying down tubular, running risers and casing, and loading/storage of deck cargo and equipment ALSO coordinate boat operations particularly loading and uploading of materials and products.
Position: Crane Operators
Qualification:
■Must be a Nigerian with a minimum of four years experience in a knuckle boom technologically operated crane on a 5th or 6th generation drilling rig and with certification to operate same.
Basic Job Responsibilities
■Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the crane and supervises the roustabouts on the drill floor and that the other departments receive equipments necessary for efficient operation
Position: Third Engineer
Qualification:
■Candidate must be a Nigerian with a minimum of five years post graduation experience on a drillship preferably a 5th or 6th generation drillship. Seven years experience with other types of offshore drilling rig may be considered if accompanied by a tract record of exceptional achievements.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
■Executing preventive and corrective maintenance, repair of hydraulic , pneumatic and mechanical component of all equipment in his area of responsibility and under all circumstances, maintain a minimum amount of spares onboard drill ship
