Service Description: SYNERGI CLERK SERVICES

SERVICE

Reporting to the HSE Team, provide technical assistance, responsible for effective recording of HSE sites performance on SYNERGI. Responsible for preparing HSE Monthly Report.

ACTIVITIES

1. Located in Lagos

2. Ensure the recording on SYNERGI of anomalies (Equal or above severity level 3)

3. Documents/information shall be sent by HSE representatives on various entities

4. Prepare the HSE monthly report gathering information from ND

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND

Qualification: A secretarial/Admin related qualification would be advantageous.

Professional Experience: 5 years experience

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Microsoft Word & Excel) is essential

Able to gather information, write draft reports and prepare draft presentations.

Position requires good interpersonal skills and experience of working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload

Production of work of presentable quality is essential.

Ability to meet tight deadlines is essential.

Appreciation of confidentiality is essential.

Good organisational skills and smart working methods are essential.

A background in providing project secretarial or administrative support is essential.

Experience in the O&G industry is desirable.
