The SERVICE consists to supervise interfaces related to EPCI5 contract
Specific Activities:
• To enforce OFPG Interface Management System:
- Implement the Interface Management System plan and procedure within EPCI5 CONTRACTOR's organization and his EPC team.
• To supervise Interface process from identification to close-out:
- Supervise the preliminary identification of the Interfaces by EPCI5 CONTRACTOR and with the other EPCs teams and other CONTRACTORs.
- Participate in EPC Interface Meetings.
- Supervise the IDS (Interface Data Sheet) implementation (including quality) by the EPCI5 CONTRACTOR and their recording by Company Document Control Coordination (including quality).
- Ensure that the Interfaces data transmitted by EPCI5 CONTRACOR to the interfacing other CONTRACTORs are previously checked firstly by the relevant COMPANY specialists and consolidated by COMPANY EPCI5 Engineering and found correct and satisfactory.
- Expedite all the interface data required by EPCI5 CONTRACTOR from other CONTRACTORs in due time.
• To communicate with relevant actors involved in Interfaces matters:
- Be the focal point of contact and responsible for all interfaces between EPCI5 CONTRACTOR and other CONTRACTORs.
- Facilitate, expedite Interfaces solving in co-operation with other COMPANY Interface by exchange of information and paying due attention to other EPC concerns.
- Ensure relevant Interfaces data is actually dispatched to other RELATED PROJECT interested parties.
• Reporting:
- Follow up and report progress to the COMPANY, raising issues and Risk identified on Interfaces related to his contract and whenever a potential impact on Project (safety, delay, cost, quality, etc.) appears from the execution of an Interface.
- Require and verify mitigation plans from the EPCI5 CONTRACTOR.
- Control and validate the EPCI5 CONTRACTOR's reporting on Interfaces.
