Scope of Service:
The main objective is to coordinate and control the offshore stock management including the integration to stock of FO
materials.
The main duties consist of ensuring the stock control requirements are properly implemented in accordance with the
Company rules and procedures, notably for the materials stored onboard and FPSOs
The duties include the coordination with the General Maintenance Contractor personnel in charge of FPSO
warehouse and the Field Operations end users.
The position is based in Onne with frequent missions on board FPSO.
Key responsibilities and deliverables of Service:
• Reports to the Deep Water Stock Superintendent.
• In charge of integrations to stock of direct purchase materials, including the physical check prior to acceptance and in accordance with DW stock management procedures.
• Process special stock movement procedures as requested by hierarchy or management such as:
scrap, transfers between onshore and offshore stocks, sales movements.
• Follows up reception and goods issues for materials stored in the offshore warehouses.
• Process stock return from offshore sites.
• Initiates periodical stock inventories of materials stored in the offshore warehouses, issues the reports;
• Identifies the stock discrepancies, participates to reconciliations.
• Participates to the general stock inventories or audits as requested.
• On Service training to stock management of General Maintenance Contractor personnel
• Responsible for the promotion of Company safety, environment and quality policies and programs, and carry out HSE specific duties and responsibilities related to the Service
Essential service provider qualifications / experience (if relevant):
• University degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience of Logistics, stock control and warehousing, with minimum 3 years experience in oil industry.
• Large experience of Computerised Stock and Procurement management systems including at least
2 years deep experience of SAP.
• Familiar with UNISUP (designation of SAP tool implementation project) MM module and with
stock management policies in general.
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas production equipments and maintenance policies.
• Perfect command of written and spoken English. French appreciated.
