Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
To be responsible for the recruitment functions in order to meet the strafe business objectives. He / she plays 3 strategic role planning, developing and directing the human resources function in the company to attract, retain, develop and motivate employees in a cost effects manner in accordance to labor laws, policies and procedures,
Requirements
Applicant should B.sc / HND in Engineering, or its equivalent international HSE Certification will be an added advantage
7-10 years experience in recruitment preferably in private enterprise and as a Recruitment Consultant.
Age: between 35- 45 years
Position: Human Resources Officers
Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing recruitment goals and strategies with key accounts, executing the recruitment process. You will plan and manage the on boarding process for new joiners along with managing any ongoing employee relations issues.
Requirement
Applicants must possess Bachelors degree in Business Admin or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment is mandatory. Broad knowledge of HR practices and local laws is beneficial. You will need to be a strong team player and enjoy working in an interactive team
Age: between 53-45 years.
