GENERAL MANAGER, PRODUCTION
QUALIFICATION:
A good BSC in Chemistry, Industrial Technology, Materials Technology & Mech Engineering. A higher degree is an added advantage
THE PERSON:
Proactive, self motivating, target driven with good team leadership & strong communication skills. The successful candidates must have hands on knowledge of the rudiments of Paint Manufacturing processes & production management skills.
EXPERIENCE:
10 – 15 years of cognate experience in Paint Manufacturing. Computer literacy is necessary and must not be above 50 years of age
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
A good university degree in Mgt. or related field. An MBA or M.SC will be an advantage
THE PERSON:
Proactive, self motivating, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, diplomatic and negotiation skills, outstanding organizational skills, knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation, ability to work with personnel from all levels, IT skills, adequate numerical & budgeting skills and good team leadership skills.
EXPERIENCE:
5 – 10 years of progressive management experience in corporate environment is necessary and must not be above 40 years of age.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER
QUALIFICATION:
A good degree in Business Admin., Public Admin., Finance, Economics and Engineering is a requirement.
THE PERSON:
Proactive, good computer skills, good communication skills, decision making skills, management skills, interpersonal & interpretation skills, computational skills and must be conversant with chemicals and raw materials for the manufacturing of paints
EXPERIENCE:
5 – 10 years of cognate experience in industrial based procurement and must not be above 38 years of age.
