QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM OF OND IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED DISCIPLINE
AGE LIMIT: BELOW 35 YEARS
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills
Highly experienced in store keeping and requisition of item
Highly organised and ability cope with multiple demands
Proficient use of computer and internet facilities
Good knowledge of MS office ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Knowledge about Archive administration and management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Allocation of consumables to units and staff members
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Takes proper and accurate records using the required programs/facilities
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items
Receives, arrange, preserve and record materials and consumables
Record cancelled and damaged items
Updates job knowledge by participating in training/educational opportunities
Maintains the storehouse and archive records and keeps store(s) and archive areas in neat and orderly manner
Any other related assignment to job function
