Essential Responsibilities *Responsible for growth and fulfillment for the Power Generation Services business in assigned Sub Saharan African countries.
*Develop and implement execution strategies for maintenance and installation work.
*Reporting to the Power Service Portfolio Leader, and working closely with the sub region sales team, will be responsible for backlog execution and implementing strategies to exceed Sales and CM Operating Plans.
*Working with the operations support team to plan and manage all installation work, maintenance outages, and fulfill on post installation warranty commitments. Key fulfillment metrics include Customer satisfaction, outage on time completion, productivity, and compliance with e-tools for maintenance outages.
*Be a leading example in maintaining high standards of EHS in the field, and working with your teams towards achieving our goal of zero injuries.
Qualifications/Requirements
*Proven track record in Project or Service Management in the Power Generation or related industries.
*Team builder with positive outlook.
*Exceptionally strong customer service mindset.
*Strong leadership/influence skills.
*Solid communication skills.
*Resourceful.
*Strong business/commercial skills.
*Proactive with solid planning skills.
*Capable of multi-tasking and able to work well under pressure.
