An International School located in Epe seeks to recruit self driven, experienced and motivated individuals to fill the selected positions within its operating structure.
Position: Head, Human Resources
Reporting to the School Administrator
Qualification / Experience:
Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably in any of the humanities.
A postgraduate degree/professional qualification (e.g. Master in Human Resource Management, Chartered Institute of personal Development Certification) will be added advantage.
Knowledge of the operations of an educational institution.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
Good appreciation of HR database management and software packages.
Minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience in a similar role of which at least three (3) must have been in a managerial capacity.
