Role

Our Senior Consultants are responsible for managing multiple projects as Team Leaders in all areas of organizational design and development with a focus on the following areas of expertise;

■Performance Management Systems development & implementation

■Competency Audit

■Competency Framework Development

■Strategy formulation and development

■Process Mapping and design

■Job Analysis & Evaluation

■Change Management, etc

Candidate’s Profile

■The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following competencies;

■Practical knowledge and applications of Organizations Design methods and tools (in areas enumerated above) in multimillion naira projects

■Project and people management skill

■Ability to take ownership of projects and team members

■Proven analytical and problem solving skills

■Good presentation & facilitation skills

■Learning content development

■Minimum of 1st Degree/MBA/MSC

■HR Professional Qualification

■Minimum years of Exp: 8/9 years

■Prior experience in a topmost organizational development consulting firm

Position: Senior Sale Consultant

Role

Our Senior Soles Consultants are responsible for the following;

■Identify business opportunities and close the deal with the ultimate aim of adding value to clients.

■Expand and develop the client base by identifying and targeting new businesses, markets and customers.

■Develop and introduce new products and service offerings while building on existing client relationships.

■Guide potential clients to Identify their needs and offer the best WFMC solution to meet such needs.

Candidate’s Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following competencies;

■Networking skill – ability to establish and nurture relationship across all levels of individuals

■Good negotiation skills

■Action orientation & persistence – Targets and achieves

■results, overcomes obstacles and follow through on sales initiative

■Ownership mentality – accept responsibility and accountability using own initiative

■Functional Expertise – knowledge of Human resource management and organization development

■Proven analytical and problem solving skills

■Creative & Innovative – ability to create solutions from problems known or unknown to clients

■Strong Sales skills, with previous experience in a leading consulting firm with verifiable evidence of immense value addition depicted in figures.

■Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Position: Recruitment Consultant

Role

■Our Recruitment Consultants work on turn key executive search and selection projects for clients to ensure that the right talents are hired within the time frame agreed with clients

Candidate’s Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following competencies;

■Practical knowledge and applications of competency based recruitment method

■Demostratable knowledge of the use of standard recruitment tools like Assessment Centers, Psychometric test etc

■Project and people management skill

■Sense of ownership and urgency

■Proven analytical and problem solving skills

■Customer orientation — Ensures customer commitments are consistently met

■Minimum of 5 years of experience handling recruitment projects in a leading consulting firm or a well structured work environment

■Membership (or part qualified) of CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or any accredited HR professional qualification

■Ability to facilitate training courses

■Good knowledge of other Human Resource areas like Learning & Development, Performance & Reward Management, Job Analysis & evaluation etc
