Job Purpose and Essential Responsibilities
To promote business opportunities with various States Government by articulating, developing and implementing a successful sales and business strategy
Essential Responsibilities
■Develop the business strategy by representing knowledge of Investments opportunities across geographies and product lines.
■Set performance metrics, short term and long term goals for the investments function and details the goals for geographies and product lines in accordance with the business strategy.
■Develop new products/services to take advantages of market opportunities and serve clients needs
■Define policies, Processes and Procedures for the Business Development & Investment Department and coordinates the function of this strategic Business Development Investment.
■Guide the Business Development & Investment department members in the interpretation and implementation of organizational risk management processes and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
■University degree in Business Administration and/or Finance Accounting.
■10 years of experience preferably in a reputable investment bank, investment Company or organization related to investments
■Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking and management capabilities
■Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English

Position: Manager Rent/Recovery
Job Purpose and Essential Responsibilities
To ensure that arrears recovery in a consistent manner with recovery action or ceasing at key stages
■Carry out rent arrears recovery in accordance with the organization’s rent arrears recovery policy
■Contribute to the review and implementation of policies and procedures relating to rent arrears recovery
■Provide tenants with advice on financial management where appropriate (e.g. benefit take-up)
■Ensure that procedures are followed when taking payments, completing direct debit mandates, and cheque payments are received ■Authorize the commencement of legal proceedings for arrears recovery-this may include the presenting of cases to court occasionally ■To monitor rent accounts and possession orders, an ongoing basis, in order to identify cases that require action.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
■A good bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or a financial course, an MBA degree in a financial related course and a professional membership would be an added advantage. A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a financial investment or a real estate firm would be an added advantage.
■Experience of rent recovery. Understand and manage firm risk on projects and proposals ■Good knowledge of the real estate industry and the market trends in it

Position: Manager Property Development
Job Purpose and Essential Responsibilities
To manage real estate for owners, renting property, negotiating lease, supervising maintenance, and maintaining asset value
■Advice on ways to preserve and increase the value (monetary worth) of their real estate investments
■Oversee all aspects of buying property which includes registration, payment of taxes, accounting and reporting, maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
■A good first/university degree in built-environment disciplines for other relevant disciplines
■Relevant professional qualifications and/or post-graduate degrees
■Demonstrated experience of not less than 8 years in handling similar responsibilities
■Ability to quickly and effectively develop a robust project management framework
■Familiarity with developing and delivering property development management systems

Position: Senior Officer Business Development
Job Purpose and Essential Responsibilities
Articulation, development and implementation of a Business strategy
■Attracting new clients and take targets set by the company

■In-depth knowledge and experience of operating and driving structures sales from opportunity assessment to deal closure and manage reporting
■Minimum of 5 years relevant experience mostly in a target driven care sales role, of which have been in a direct sales management role with an investment service
