To identify and purchase properties, for both commercial as well residential uses
■Negotiate property sales contracts, compile all financial reports, maintenance of records and files
■Scheduling maintenance and maintenance projects
■Resolve all client conflicts and complaints, for rent, property taxes and maintenance
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
■A good first/university degree in environmental disciplines or other relevant disciplines
■Relevant professional qualification and/or post graduate degree
■Demonstrated experience of not less than 5 years in handling similar responsibilities

Job Purpose and Essential Responsibilities
Designing new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings, or advising on the restoration and conversation of old properties

Knowledge, Skills and experience
■Minimum of 5years experience as an Architect, minimum of 2years of experience in strong design style, including creative design.
■Fluency in current IT based graphic design practices interactive, agency creative and graphic design.
■Solid understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them

Job Purpose and Essential Responsibilities
To assist in operations of the financial management cum advisory team within the investments Services team
■Access client asset, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status and financial objectives to establish investment strategies
■Handel property appraisal, investors due diligence, litigation support and lease advisory services
■Build strong relationships with clients and investments portfolio managers and advising clients on investment strategy
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
■Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or related course. A membership in a relevant professional body would be an added advantage ■A minimum of 5 years experiences as a Financial advisor
